Alex Whyburn
Alex has over 18 years experience working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of clinical presentations including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, bipolar, eating disorders, trauma and personality disorders. She is also experienced in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
Alex has a warm style, and engages each client from a non-judgemental and strengths based perspective. She works from an attachment approach, and is skilled in a range of treatment modalities including mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She shows genuine empathy and commitment to each client’s well-being, and is proactive in supporting the client as they journey towards better mental health.

Andrew McPherson
Andrew is a clinical psychologist who works with people with addictions as well as treating a range of psychological problems including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, stress management, grief, and trauma. Andrew has an Honours degree and Masters degree in clinical psychology, and received the University Medal for Outstanding Achievement. Andrew has worked in different mental health settings for over 15 years as both a psychologist and psychiatric nurse in inpatient and outpatient hospital treatment.
Andrew adopts a non-judgemental and supportive attitude in clinical practice, aiming to provide adaptable and effective treatment methods to a wide range of people in both short and long-term treatments.
